There are two new series coming to the Schuylkill Valley Journal blog. I say two, however, in many instances readers will find them intertwined. Contributors have been asked to reflect on the ways in which poetry plays a role in their daily routine. Contributors have also been asked to address origins of interest. Responses we have received to these prompts reveal more than anticipated—they have helped clarify the questions themselves. I hope our readers will return to the SVJ for new insights into the lives of today’s poets.
